Online Client Transaction History -
COSYS has added the ability for Clients to access the "COSYS Record Information System" online. Clients can see and run reports on all transactions between the client and COSYS, online. The client can also receive reports on current open support tickets and submit new support ticket requests.

This free service is part of the Managed Services that COSYS Systems Solutions Group provides. A client must be signed up for the Manage Services level of support to receive access to this function.
